4 . For many years NORTHWEST has maintained two <br /> baseball fields or diamonds, on GRACELAND property located near <br /> North Oakland Avenue, and in close proximity to the above described <br /> tract. <br /> 5. Because of cemetery expansion, GRACELAND now desires <br /> to discontinue the use of the existing NORTHWEST baseball diamonds <br /> and to allow NORTHWEST to develop four baseball diamonds on the <br /> above described tract. <br /> 6. GR�,CELAND has agreed to allow NORTHWEST to develop <br /> a maxi.mum of four baseball diamonds and related structures including <br /> a concession stand on the above described tract. <br /> 7. The dimensions of the said tract are 900 feet x 600 <br /> feet, and said area is adjacent to and has 600 feet of frontage on <br /> Divis�on Street. Sa�d tract is presently vacated and undeveloped. <br /> 8 . NORTHWEST has consulted with the Decatur, Illinois <br /> Park District concerning the feasibility of the location and <br /> construct�on of the four baseball diamonds, and received a sketch <br /> plan which NORTHWEST hopes to implement in constructing the base- <br /> ball �ields. <br /> 9. NORTHWEST also plans to construct an off-street <br /> parking area of a size and composition which would be adequate <br /> for participants and spectators at said baseball diamonds. <br /> 10. NORTHWEST desires to construct a parking area using <br /> gravel as opposed to a paved surface which would be cost prohibitive. <br /> 11. It is estimated that NORTHWEST would use said base- <br /> ball facilities for a�proximately twelve weeks through the months <br />
