That the forms of the 1986 Bonds contained in <br /> the Indenture, subject to appropriate insertions and revisions in <br /> order to comply with the provisions of the Indenture (as executed <br /> and delivered) be, and the same are hereby approved, and when the <br /> same shall be executed on behalf of the City in the manner <br /> contemplated by the Indenture and this Ordinance, they shall <br /> represent the approved forms of the 1986 Bonds of the City. <br /> Section 10 . That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City be <br /> and are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to issue and <br /> deliver the 1986 Bonds to the Underwriter upon receipt of the <br /> purchase price therefor , as provided in the Bond Purchase <br /> Agreement and approved hereby. <br /> Section 11. That the forms, terms and provisions of the <br /> First Amendment to Mortgage, the First Amendment to Assignment of <br /> Rents and the Assignment of Mortgage and Assignment of Rents be, <br /> and are hereby approved in substantially the forms before this <br /> meeting or with such changes therein as shall be approved by the <br /> Mayor and City Clerk of the City, their execution and delivery of <br /> the Amendment No. 1 to the Loan Agreement and the Indenture to <br /> constitute conclusive evidence of their approval and the approval <br /> of the City of any and all changes or revisions therein from the <br /> forms before this meeting. <br /> Section 12 .
