DeRocchi and I made an on site <br /> inspection of the above captioned land. The purpose of the <br /> inspection was to estimate the fair compensation, in our opinion, <br /> that would accrue to the recipient from the benefits derived from <br /> the vacation. <br /> The inspection shows an alley between Monroe Street and Mercer Street ', <br /> extending 200' South from Green Street and is 16' wide or 3,200 sq. ft. �, <br /> The land has electrical poles above ground, gas line under ground and �, <br /> sone surfacing. It is our opinion, if the land were vacated, the land '� <br /> could be used for parking and not for a building but could be fenced <br /> for protection and safety. <br /> The attached zoning map indicates the land is industrial. The market <br /> for industrial land in older areas is weak and there are few sales but <br /> we considered the following data: <br />
