�� <br /> , <br /> .�`,, � � 1�l`� <br /> M <br /> ORDINANCE N0. �1S <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDIPIG FOR A LOCAL I1�ZPROVEMEr;T BY THE <br /> CONSTRUCTIOPd OF A SYSTEi�1 OF SANITARY SE��TERS Y.NOI•JN AS <br /> L�.E BEACH SPECIAL ASSESSMFNT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the P'Iayor and members of the City Council <br /> of The City of Decatur, Illinois : <br /> SECTION 1 : THAT there be constructed a Local Improvement <br /> within the City of Decatur, Illinois , consisting of a <br /> complete sanitary sewerage system, including ditching, drainage <br /> and the necessary restoration of street surfaces and all <br /> accessories thereto , as shown on the maps , profiles , drawings , <br /> plans and details , marked "Exhibit 2" , and accomFanying detailed <br /> specifications , marked "Exhibit 3" , which are attached to the <br /> Resolution of The Board of Local Improvements of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois , which originated this local i�provement, and <br /> which are incorporated herein by reference the same as if_ f_u11y <br /> set forth herein. <br /> SECTION 2 : THAT said improvement shall be paid for by <br /> specia]_ assessment against property benefiting thereby. <br /> SECTIOr1 3 : THAT there is hereby established a sanitary <br /> sewer district within the City of Decatur, Illinois , designated <br /> as LAKE BEACH SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT, which <br /> district shall include all parts of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois , within the boundaries described on attached "Exhibit <br /> 1" . <br /> SECTION 4 : THAT said improvements shall consist of the <br /> construction of a complete sanitary sewer system, and the <br /> necessary restoration of street surfaces , all complete in place, <br /> (1) <br /> �f'�'-�-� <br /> � <br />
