: i <br /> for such improvement in accordance with the pravisions of this <br /> Ordinance and in the manner prescribed by law. <br /> SECTION 16 : That for the purpose of anticipating the <br /> collection of the installments of said Special Assessr.ient �or <br /> said improvement , the said City of Decatur , Illinois , shall issue <br /> vouchers and/or bonds payable out of said installments , bearing <br /> interest at the rate of 107; per annum, payab?e when collected, <br /> and signed by the Mayor and City Clerlc of said City under the <br /> corporate seal of the said City of Decatur, Illinois ; said <br /> vouchers and/or bonds to be issued in accordance with and <br /> conforming in all respects to the provisions of Article IX o� the <br /> Act above described, but provided that said bonds shall be <br /> registered bonds of the City of Decatur and issued in numerical <br /> order, and to be hereafter authorized by an additional Ordinance <br /> of the City of Decatur. <br /> SFCTION 17 : That the cost of the improvement , including <br /> engineering costs for planning, construction, supervision, court <br /> costs , attorney' s fees and the cost of spreading the assessment <br /> upon the property benefited as provided by law, as presented to <br /> and approved by the Board of Local Improvements and certified <br /> over the signature of the President of The Board of Local <br /> Improvements , is attached hereto. <br /> SECTION 18: That this Ordinance shall take effect upon <br /> its passage. <br /> (6) <br />
