<br /> PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that land described as follows is
<br /> proposed to be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois , at a
<br /> meeting of the City Council of the City of Decatur, scheduled for
<br /> October 20, 1986:
<br /> Beginning at the intersection of the Southwest corner of
<br /> Lot 1, Block 1 of Ritchie Heights Addition, as per Plat
<br /> recorded in Book 536, Page 158 of the records in the
<br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois , and the
<br /> West line of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of
<br /> Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd
<br /> P.M. , thence West 90 feet, thence North 416.99 feet to
<br /> the South line of East William Street Road, thence
<br /> Northeasterly along the South line of East William
<br /> Street Road, 90 .48 feet to the Northwest corner of said
<br /> Lot 1, thence South to the point of beginning.
<br /> AND ALSO, all of that portion of a tract of ground

<br /> William Street, North of SBI Route 105 and West of North
