� � . 1 ' M��OfI111�D ORDINANCE N0. � 0 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE OF LAND - SOUTHEAST CORNER OF GRAND AND VAN DYKE - BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section l. That the offer of $200 .00 by Wilbert E. ' Horve and Regina Horve for the premises located at the Southeast corner of West Grand and North Van Dyke Streets in the City of Decatur, Illinois , be , and the same is hereby, received, placed on f ile and accepted. Section 2 . That in addition to the sum of $200 .00 , mentioned herein, Wilbert E. Horve and Regina Horve shall also provide to the City a bond in the sum of $4 , 700 .00 , the condition of said bond being that Wilbert E. Horve and Regina Horve pave or cause to be paved said premises within one year from the date of conveyance of said premises in accordance with the plot plan thereof attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and m de a a part hereof, the fulfillment of which condition shall cause said bond to be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect . Section 3 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest a quit claim deed conveying said premises to Wilbert E. Horve and Regina Horve, said quit claim deed containing a covenant restricting vehicular access to and from said premises such that vehicles may enter from but not exit onto i North Van Dyke Street and may exit onto but not enter from West Grand Avenue, and that the City Manager and the Director of Public Works be , and they are hereby, authorized and directed, upon payment by said purchaser of the above- mentioned consideration, in addition to the furnishing of the above-described bond, to cause said deed to be delivered to said purchaser.
