MlCRpf�lg��� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �� � � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 49 - <br /> - PROHIBITING KNOWING VIOLATION OF CODE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That Section 19 of Chapter 49 of the City <br /> Code be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended so <br /> that as so modified and amended said section 19 provides as <br /> follows : <br /> "No owner, possessor, manager, person in control <br /> or in charge of licensed premises , or of premises <br /> referred to in Section 18 of this Chapter, shall <br /> knowingly permit the violation on said premises <br /> of any provision of this Chapter. " <br /> Section 2 .
