�IiCRUFtt�� ORDINANCE N0. - AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY DECATUR MEMORIAL HOSPITAL WHEREAS, on the 5th day of June, 1986 upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Memorial Hospital to rezone premises described as : The north 902 .08 feet of the NW 1/4 , SE 1/4 , Sec. 3 , T . 16N, R. 2 E. of the 3rd P .M. ; Hay Street as vacated Mar�h 20 , 1967 by ordinance #4788 , Lots l, 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8, 9 , 10 , 11 and 12 of Brueck and Akers Addition ( Recorded Book 149 Page 25 ) ; Lots l, 2 and that part of Lot 3 lying north of Hay Street of May Bros . & Traver' s Subdivision ( Recorded Book 22 , Page 588 ) ; Lot 1 and that part of Lot 2 lying north of Hay Street of Commissioner' s Subdivision ( Recorded in Circuit Court Record 36 , Page 256 ) except : The west 482 feet of the south 484 feet of the north 942 . 08 feet and the east 57 feet of the west 539 feet of the south 224 feet of the north 942 . 08 feet of the N.W. 1/4 , S.E. 1/4 , Section 3 , T . 16 N. , R. 2 E. of the 3rd P.M. , and except that portion contained within the present public right-of-way of Monroe Street , McKinley Avenue and Union Streets ; from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIN�D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved.
