WHEREAS , on the Sth day of June, 1986 upon due notice , the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public :�earing Lpon the petition of La Sante, Inc , to rezone premises described as : Part of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 24 , T16N, R2E of the Third P.M. , Macon County, Illinois , described as follows : Beginning at the iron pin at the Southeast corner of Lot 55 of Sampson Addition as recorded in Book 745 Page 251 of the records of the Macon County Recorder; thence S . 89°59 ' 38" E. , 270 .00 feet along the North right-of-way line of Lake Shore Drive; thence N. 0°50 ' 15" E . , 111.4 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of St . Mary' s Hospital; thence N. 45 °00 ' 00" W. , 80 . 0 feet more or less along the face of the Southwesterly wall of St. Mary' s Hospital and the extension thereof; thence No. 89° 59 ' 38" W. , 210 . 1 feet more or less along a line parallel with the North right-of-way line of Lake Shore Drive to the West line of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 24 , thence S . 1' 58 ' 08" W. , 168 . 00 feet along the West line of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 24 to the point of beginning, containing 0 . 999 acres more or less , from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, WH ' EREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended � that the prayer of said petition be approved. I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE i CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : I Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on f ile and approved.
