'��1t�1�.M�T <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �_� 3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING YIELD INTERSECTIONS <br /> - FOSTER AVENUE - <br /> - CUSHING STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Foster Avenue <br /> approaching Ramsey Drive from either direction shall yield the <br /> right-of-way to any vehicle in the intersection of said streets <br /> or approaching the same so closely as to constitute an immediate <br /> hazard. <br /> Section 2 . That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof , the driver of a vehicle on Cushing Street <br /> approaching Foster Avenue from either direction shall yield the ' <br /> right-of-way to any vehicle in the intersection of said streets <br /> or approaching the same so closely as to constitute an immediate I <br /> hazard. j <br /> Section 3 .
