. <br /> �h1CRt�l�.�l��l <br /> ORDINAIVCE NO. g6-37 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 2890 NORTH OAKLAND AVEIVUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of Mag, 1986, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon <br /> the petition of Walter H. Eichel to rezone premises <br /> described as : <br /> Lot Five ( 5 ) of Well's Addition as per Plat � <br /> recorded in Book 958 Page 47 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder' s Off ice of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, tr,e Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on f ile and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations , <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br />
