t <br /> ' +u��r,�Fl�MED <br /> ORDINANCE NO. - 3 �_ <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPEkTY <br /> - 1092 WEST MCKINLEY - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of April, 1986, upon due <br /> notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of Memorial Medical Center, Inc. <br /> to rezone premises described as: <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND _ <br /> HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the �ecatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on f ile and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations , <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br />
