<br /> ORDINANCE REGARDIIVG PAY AND CERTAIN
<br /> BENEFITS - PULICE, GENERAI, SERVICES
<br /> AND MANAGEMENT SERVI�ES
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,
<br /> ILLINOIS:
<br /> Section 1. That effective May 1, i986 , and subject to the
<br /> applicabie provisions of existing ordinance or administrative
<br /> order not inconsistent herewith, those positions assigned by ',
<br /> ordinance or administrative order to pay grades or ranaes in the I
<br /> police or general services be, and they are hereby, authorized to
<br /> have attached thereto, and employees occupying said pasitions on i
<br /> May I, 19$6 , be, and they are hereby, authorized to be paid, the �,
<br /> respective salary or wage set out for each such grade or ranae as '
<br /> shown on Exhibit A for the police service, and Exhibit B for the
<br /> general service, said Exhibits A and B being attached hereto and
<br /> hereby made a part hereof .
<br /> Section 2 . That until the further order ef the Council and
<br /> effective May l, 1986, and subject to applica�le provisions of
<br /> ordinance or administrative order not inconsistent herew�th,
<br /> positions assigned to the management service be, and they are
<br /> hereby, authorized to have attached thereto and employees
<br /> occupying the same on May 1, 1986 be, and they are hereby,
<br /> authorized to be paid salaries within the ranges set out for the
<br /> respective grades to which the same are assigned as follows :
