That said petition and the request thereof be, � <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabov� described, along <br /> �aith al.l oarts of pubiic highways therein or nzxt and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3 .
