The petitioner, The Citizens National Bank of <br /> Decatur, as Trustee of Trust No. 1965, dated April 26 , 1971, <br /> is the record title owner of the real estate described on <br /> "Exhibit A, " attached hereto and incorporated herein (here- <br /> inafter referred to as the Tract) . <br /> 2 . The Tract is not within the corporate limits of <br /> any municipality. <br /> 3. The Tract is contiguous to the City of Decatur, a <br /> municipal corporation. <br /> 4 . The petitioners, Jack E. Taylor and Gracella <br /> Taylor, of 1092 West McKinley Avenue, Decatur, Illinois, are <br /> all (100%) of the electors residing on the Tract. <br /> 5. The petitioners desire to annex the Tract to the <br /> City of Decatur, Macon County, �1linois. <br /> WHEREFORE, the petitioners pray that the Tract be <br /> annexed to the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, a <br /> municipal corporation, in accordance with the statutes in <br /> such case made and provided. <br />
