�_ ' <br /> eli ible for ermits and <br /> g p as to multiple docks permits shall be <br /> issued only when such boat registration is shown for each boat <br /> space thereon. <br /> ( s ) IVo boat shall be docked at a pier or dock without <br /> permission of the permit holder thereof. <br /> (t ) Permit holders shall not loan the use of the <br /> permitted dock or pier in Shore Line Zones 1 and 2 or space <br /> thereon or lease, sublease or rent the same, except temporarily <br /> for short spaces of time with permission of the Police Department <br /> and without payment of any fee or charge for the same. <br /> (u) All piers or docks in Shore Line Zones 1 and 2 and <br /> those in Shore Line Zone 3 located under the provisions of <br /> subsection (n) shall be furnished with a gate suitable to limit <br /> entry to such pier or dock when closed, and which shall be closed <br /> and locked except during use by an authorized user. <br /> (v) Determinations and decisions of the Police I <br /> Department under subsections (c ) , (d) , ( f ) , ( i ) and (m) of this � <br /> Section may be reviewed by the City Manager provided a written <br /> request for such review is filed with the City Manager within <br /> five days after notice of such determination or decision. <br /> 46 . Permits issued pursuant to Section 46 are for <br /> privileges personal to the permit holder and may not be <br /> transferred. All such permits expire on the last day of February <br /> next after issuance . <br /> Section 3 . That Code Chapter 18 be, and the same is hereby, <br /> repealed. <br /> Section 4 .
