. � r �.. / ORD I NAN C E NO . c.e - o L,l M,�R�FlLN��p —��- ORDINANCE ABATING LEVIES FOR BOND SERVICE - MASS TRANSIT AND SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE BONDS WHEREAS, by the respective ordinances authorizing the issuance thereof certain taxes were levied for the year 1985 payable in the year 1986 to pay the interest on and principal of certain bonds of the City; and WHEREAS, funds have become available from other sources to pay, in part , such interest and principal as the same becomes due and payable . NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR ILLINOIS : Section 1 . That the County Clerk of the County of Macon, Illinoi� , be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to abate in part said levies and to extend the same as so abated for the year 1985 .
