� ��Q��� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. !.3 S- <br /> AN ORDINANCE R�ZONING PROPERTY <br /> 1102-1198 WEST ELDORADO STREET <br /> WHEREAS , on the 5th day of December, 1985, upon due <br /> notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of Timothy M. Dowd to rezone <br /> premises described as : <br /> Lots Eleven ( 11) through Twenty ( 20 ) inclusive in <br /> Block Four ( 4 ) of Fairview Addition as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 149 , Page 421 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> and the following described tract : the West 168 . 5 <br /> feet of the East 198 . 5 feet of the South 150 feet <br /> of the North 637 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the <br /> Northeast 1/4 of Section 16 , Township 16 , Range <br /> Two East of the Third Principal Meridian <br /> from B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT <br /> to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned ' <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. I <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the �, <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations , I <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br />
