'� • � , <br /> The City Clerk, presented and read at length, a copy of <br /> proposed Ordinance No. 85-89, entitled: <br /> "ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE FINANCING BY THE CITY OF <br /> AN INDUSTRIAL PROJECT AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND <br /> SALE OF $3, 000, 000 ADJUSTABLE RATE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOP- <br /> MENT BONDS, 1985 SERIES A (CARTER-WALLACE, INC. PROJECT) <br /> AND CONFIRMING THE SALE THEREOF; AND AUTHORIZING THE <br /> EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A LOAN AGREEMENT, A TRUST <br /> AGREEMENT AND RELATED DOCUMENTS" , <br /> and after requesting that the Mayor each member of the City <br /> Council disclose any financial interest or possible financial �' <br /> interest in the outcome of any action with respect to such I <br /> proposed Ordinance it was moved and seconded that said Ordi- <br /> nance be adopted. <br /> Each member of the City Council present disclosed that <br /> he had not present or contemplated future interest in Carter- <br /> Wallace, Inc. , or in the Project. Copies of the form of Loan <br /> Agreement and Trust Agreement described in the proposed Ordi- <br /> nance were before the meeting. After discussion of the proposed <br /> Ordinance, said Ordinance was adopted by the following vote: <br /> Aye: Councilmen Harris, Howley, Oliver, Severns, Striglos <br /> Mayor Anderson <br /> Absent: Councilman Brechnitz <br /> Nay: None <br /> * * * <br />
