Goodrich, the owners of all property abutting <br /> thereon requesting vacation of a public utility easement in the <br /> C.ity o� Decatur, Illinois , said public utility easemert being <br /> more particularly described as follows : <br /> The easement for public utilities lying between Lots <br /> Three ( 3 ) and Four ( 4 ) of the Virginia Addition as <br /> per Plat recorded in Sook 745 Page 200 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> EXCEPT the south six ( n ) feet thereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS , said public utility easement is no longer useful to <br /> the publi� or to the City or to the owners of property abutting <br /> thereon and the public interest will be subserved by vacating <br /> said public utility easement. <br /> NOW, THEREF�JRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ' <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1.
