} � <br /> . � .�,�����. <br /> � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � �— O <br /> ORDINANCE MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR MAY 1, 1985 THROUGH APRIL 30 , 1986 <br /> LIBRARY FUND ' <br /> WHEREAS , subsequent to the ado tion b the Council of the I�' <br /> P Y <br /> annual appropriation ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 1985 I <br /> through April 30 , 1986 , certain additional revenue not available <br /> and not then anticipated to be available when said annual <br /> appropriation ordinance was adopted has now been made available I <br /> or is anticipated to become available by a grant from the State <br /> of Illinois ; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the aggregate of the additional revenue so made <br /> available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to <br /> th� adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance as aforesaid <br /> is in excess of the total amount hereinafter appropriated. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF I'HE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the following sum be , and it is hereby, <br /> appropriated for the corporate purposes , expenses and lawful <br /> charges of the City for the fiscal year May l, 1985 through Aprii <br /> 30 , 1986 , said sum t� be provided ior as aforesaid: <br /> For the Maintenance of Public Library and $43 , 900 . 00 <br /> Reading Rooms , to be known as the Library <br /> Fund <br /> Section 2 . That any unexpended balance of any item or items <br /> of any appropriation herein may be expended to make up any <br /> deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwise so appropriated herein . <br /> Section 3 . That the aggregate additional revenue estimated <br /> to be received as af_oresaid subsequent to the adoption of the <br /> annual appropriation ordinance as aforesaid and not available or <br /> ant�cipated at the time of the adoption of said annual <br />
