That said petition and the request thereof <br /> be, ar.d tne same are hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2 , That said territory hereinabove described, <br /> along with all parts of public highways therein or next and <br /> adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are r,ereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the <br /> limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois , a municipal <br /> corAoration, <br /> Section 3 . That a plat of said annexed premises is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof . <br />
