Atkins and Peggy L. Atkins, <br /> requesting that there be annexed to the City territory <br /> described as : <br /> The North 100 feet of Lot One ( 1) Block Four (4 ) <br /> of Radio Tower's Subdivision as per Plat recorded <br /> in Book 745 Page 244 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the <br /> owners of record of all land within such territory and by <br /> at least 51� of the electors residing therein, and that <br /> said ter=itory is contiguous to the City and not within <br /> the corporate limits of any City, Village or other <br /> incorporated town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to . take action for <br /> annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, '�HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> � CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> . « <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request <br /> thereof be, and the same are hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove , <br /> described, along with all parts of public highways therein <br /> or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if <br /> any, be, and tne same are hereby, annexed to and are <br /> incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3 . That a plat of said annexed premises is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> � <br />
