Whicker requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as : Beginning at the Northwest corner of the West Quarter of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-Six (26) Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M. , thence East 135 feet , thence South 123 .6 feet , thence West 135 feet , thence � North 123 .6 feet to the place of beginning ; and, i � � .
