That PPsshing Mobile Hcxne Sales, Inc. is the awnes of the prenises <br /> ccnmonly described as 1705 East Pershing Road, Decatur, Illinois, ar�d <br /> legally descri.bed as: <br /> Iot 4 of We�sich's Subdivision to the City of Decatur <br /> Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 95F3, page 9b, of <br /> the Records in the Recorder's Office of D9acon County, <br /> Illinais. <br /> 2. That the awner seeks to vacate the puhlic utility easan�nt over tl�e <br /> rear five feet of sai.d prenises, which was dedicated as a public utility <br /> easement at the time the Plat of sai,d subdivision was appraved. <br /> 3. T�at it naw appears, upon due inquisy, that said ease�nent is not <br /> used as an easenent by, arr3 neither is there located thereon lines ar facilities <br /> of, the Illinois Power Carqx3ny, the Sanitary District of Decatur, ar the <br /> City of Decatur. <br /> 4. That it does appear, however, that there is a manhole located at <br /> the sauthcaest cornes of said lot for sanitasy sewer purposes, ar�d the awner <br /> hexeby specifically agrees that, excepteci fran this Petiti:on to Vacate <br /> shall be the right of the City of Decatur or other nnuiicigalities to <br /> connect into the said marihole or to aYne upon the pr�ises to re�i r, <br />
