McQueen, Planner <br /> Dept . of Community Development <br /> SUBJECT: Pershing Mobile Home Sales , Inc. <br /> 1705 East Pershing Road <br /> Lot 4 of Werricks Subdivision <br /> The Department of Community Development would recommend approval <br /> of vacating an existing five foot utility easement along the <br /> south line of Lot 4 of the subject addition with the following <br /> stipulations : <br /> 1. That appropriate easement or agreement be retained to <br /> operate and maintain an existing sanitary sewer manhole at <br /> the southwest corner of Lot 4 of Werricks Subdivision. <br /> 2. That Illinois Power, Illinois Bell, and U. A. Cablesystems <br /> of Illinois indicate in writing their approval of the <br /> proposed vacation. <br />
