That said petition and the request thereof <br /> be , ar.d the same are hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described, <br /> along with all parts of public highways therein or next and <br /> adjacent thereto not heretof ore anneYed, if any, be , and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the <br /> limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois , a municipal <br /> corporation. <br />
