I�� <br /> Section 1 . That said petition and the request thereof � <br /> be, and the same are hereby, approved. I <br /> Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described, <br /> along with all parts of public highways therein or next and <br /> adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the <br /> limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois , a municipal <br /> corporation. <br />
