1 <br /> � . 4 .. $dNd I�k � �' t� �S <br />�� . . . ��► �►. r <br /> � o�nK2��� ►�ar,E6�0 ��t 11"""'00'�� � � <br /> 119'�4(�$ ���rCROF1L`�I �' <br /> PUG � �1985 <br /> R,cobed tn eool���'�- <br /> ORDINANCE NO. _S�� • ' �� <br /> F� 15.00 ch R���+ <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> RICHLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE <br /> WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by <br /> said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under <br /> oath of The Board of Trustees of Community College District No. <br /> 537 requesting that there be annexed to the City territ�ry <br /> described as : <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART <br /> HEREOF FOR COMPLETE LEGAL DESCRIPTION; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owner of <br /> record of all land within such territory and that no electors <br /> reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City <br /> and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation <br /> has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said tsrritory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are <br /> hereby, annex�d to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Sectioi� 3 .
