The Hardee' s corporation has final approval on prospective sites . <br /> They have done lengthy studies throughout this area and have <br /> indicated that they are not comfortable with any other site in <br /> Decatur. <br /> 2 . Approximately fifty-five permanent jobs will be created for operations <br /> in addition to the construction jobs . <br /> 3 . Sales tax revenues for the city of Decatur are projected at $22,000. <br /> ( 2°0 of $1 , 100,000. sales) in addition to state sales tax. This <br /> is based on a comparison to our existing operations. <br /> 4. The KBAR run Hardee' s Restaurants have proven to be good neighbors. <br /> We will erect an attractive solid break fence to separate our lot <br /> from residential areas. Landscaping and exterior decor will be <br /> most �leasant and greatly upgrade the area. , KBAR has a purchase agree- <br /> ment or the residence to the west of the site. <br /> 5.
