. � <br /> . � <br /> In support of this request, petitioner hereby submits to the City Plan <br /> Commission and City Cauncil the following facts: <br /> Property is situated between North Woodford Street and goes through to Charles <br /> Street. Across Charles Street to the West is an entrance and exit to Park City <br /> Mobile Home Park, which is zoned M 1. <br /> M 2 zoning currently is South of proposed property by approximately 600 fest <br /> and Ivortn of Pershing Road. This zoning has recently been expanded to create <br /> a larger M 1 zone taking in more land closer to the proposed property. <br /> All Lanci I:ast across North Waodford is presently zoned M 1. <br /> Preseiit land use around proposed property is presently used as M 1 and it <br /> appears logical to include this as M 1 also , except a few single family residences. <br /> Self Service Storage is recognized as one industry which creates a minimum <br /> amount of traffic.
