4 ��FILA�ED <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � J —� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 2140 EAST DAMON AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of June, 1985 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon <br /> the petition of Robert L. Campbell to rezone premises <br /> described as : <br /> Lot 39 of Greenwich Gardens as per Plat recorded <br /> in Book 802 , Page 72 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder' s Off ice of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> from R-2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recomr.►endation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur_ , Illinois, commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations , <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning <br /> II <br />
