Banton and others , requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as : I� Lots 8 9 43 44 and 45 of Countr Acres Addition I�� , . , Y as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page 207 of the �I records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon Coun�y, Illinois; and, WHEREAS , it appears said petition is signed 'oy tne owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and tnat said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any City, Village or other incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS , notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. NOW, THERErORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, approved. r Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent tnereto not heretofore annexe�, if any, be, and the same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois , a municipal corporation. Section 3 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached hereto and made a part hereof .
