Allen, City Manager <br /> RE: Management Pay Plan <br /> Department Directors and I have completed the performance <br /> evaluations of management personnel. <br /> I intend to place on the agenda for May 20 an ordinance <br /> adjusting the pay ranges by 4 percent for the management pay <br /> plan. <br /> The performance evaluation and range increases are ir. <br /> accordance with the provisions of Council Memorandum #85-36 . <br /> The ordinance also prcvides that the employee of the City <br /> Clerk' s Office appointed by the City Clerk to serve as Deputy <br /> City Clerk be paid an additional amount equivalent to 5 percent <br /> of her current pay. <br /> Attached is a copy of the ordinance to be introduced next <br /> Monday evening.
