That said Ordinance be, and it is hereby, <br /> further amended at Section XI (B) ( 7 ) thereof so that as so <br /> amended said Section provides as follows : <br /> 7 . Automobile service station, with the following <br /> stipulations : <br /> ( 1 ) that such use shall not employ more than five employees <br /> in a single shift on the premises , excluding therefrom <br /> the owners of such use. <br /> ( 2 ) that all repair activities shall be conducted within a <br /> structure. <br /> ( 3 ) that such use shall be located not less than fifty feet <br /> from the side lot line of any "R" district . <br /> ( 4 ) there shall be no outside storage or display of <br /> merchandise or parts of any kind except the display of <br /> new merchandise related to the primary use of the <br /> facility for retail sale during business hours and an <br /> advertising sign in accordance with applicable <br /> provisions oi this ordinance herein stated. <br /> ( 5 ) that the storage of all gasoline in connection with <br /> such service station shall be below the surf ace of the <br /> ground and provided further that propane, butane or <br /> similar hydrocarbon products shall not be sold or <br /> stored on the premises . <br /> Section 5 . That said Ordinance be, and it is hereby, <br /> further amended at Section XII (B) thereof by adding paragraph 21 <br /> thereto so that Section XII (B) 21 provides as follows : <br /> 21 . Automobile service station, without restrictions as <br /> to number of employees and minimum setback from any "R" <br /> district, and including minor and major repairs to all <br /> automobiles and trucks except buses , tractors , and <br /> semi-trailers ; excepting therefrom automobile and truck <br /> body and fender repair and spray painting; and further <br /> provided that the storage of all gasoline in connection <br /> with such service station shall be below the surface of <br /> the ground and provided further that propane, butane, <br /> or similar hydrocarbon products shall not be sold or <br /> - stored on the premises . <br /> Section 6 . That said Ordinance be, and it is hereby, <br /> further amended at Section XII (B) ( 19 ) thereof by adding at the <br /> end of said Section the following language : <br /> Automobile body and fender repair and spray painting. <br /> Section 7 .
