Chapter 49 <br /> "WARNING: If you are under twenty-one ( 21) <br /> years of age, you are subject to a fine up to <br /> $500 .00 if you PURCHASE alcoholic liquor or <br /> MISREPRESENT YOUR AGE for the purpose of <br /> purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor. <br /> OFFICIAL PHOTO IDENTIFICATION will be required <br /> to prove age before purchase . " <br /> 31 . No person under the age of 21 years shall tend bar <br /> or tend a package counter or window, or sell, draw, pour, <br /> mix or serve alcoholic liquor and no licensee or any officer, <br /> associate, member, representative , agent or employee of a <br /> licensee shall engage, employ or permit any person under the <br /> age of 21 years so to do. <br /> 32 . It shall be unlawful for any parent , guardian or <br /> person in loco parentis to knowingly suffer or permit any <br /> person under the age of 21 years of which he or she may be such <br /> parent , guardian or person in loco parentis to violate any <br /> provision of this chapter . <br /> 33 . It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any <br /> �remises within the City to knowingly allow any person under <br /> the age of 21 years to remain on such premises while in the <br /> possession of alcoholic liquor or while consuming alcoholic <br /> liquor in violation of the provisions hereof . <br /> 34 . Alcoholic liquor shall not be consumed at anytime <br /> within the City at , in or on the following places : <br /> a) The right-of-way of any public highway, street <br /> or alley; <br /> b) Central Park; <br /> c ) Landmark Mall; <br />
