ILLINOIS 62656 • 217-735-5484 <br /> Tzust #3030A Drilling Project <br /> The property in question is described as farm land <br />� designated for commercial development. At this time there <br /> are no industrial structures present on this property. <br /> Drilling Rig and all pertinent equipment will enter <br /> property from Mound Road using access Route �1 and operate <br /> in and throughout the 100 ft. radius drilling area circled <br /> on the map until drilling process is completed. <br /> Drilling should last approximately fo�r (4) to five <br /> ( 5 ) days at which time the drilling rig and all pertinent <br /> equipment will be removed back out access Route �1 and off <br /> � property. <br /> If well� is a dry hole, the surface casing will be cut � <br /> off 5 ft. below surface and the hole plugged in accordance <br /> with all State of Illinois regulations. The surface ground <br /> will be testored to its original appearance as close as <br /> possible within ninety (90) days, pending weather and good <br /> soil conditions. <br /> If oil is found in the well; all completion equipment <br /> to service the hole will enter property from Mound Road <br /> using access Route �1 , and operating in a 50 ft. sq. area <br /> marked on the map. <br /> A pumping unit consisting of pump jack, electric motor, <br /> and attachments connected to equipment installed in the hole <br /> shall be center•ed within 50 ft. sq. area and remain as long <br /> as well is in production. �. fiberglass flowline will be <br /> installed below plow depth to carry oil to the tank battery <br /> using Route x2. <br /> an electric line shall be buried below plow depth <br /> connected to the electric motor on the pumping unit and <br /> use Route »3 to connect to the power source (transformer) <br /> uhich is identified on the map. <br /> l%- ��l �6 r` 7� � <br />
