ORDINANCE AMENDING R-2 RESIDEIVCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - BUTTERFLY HILLS - WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 1985 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Wilfred W. Miller to amend the R-2 Residence Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 6067 , as amended, as to premises described as follows : Butterfly Hills Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 50 of the records in the Recorder' s Off ice of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said R-2 Residence Development Plan as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter set out, the aforesaid R-2 Residence Development Plan authorized and amended as aforesaid be, and the same is hereby, modif ied and further amended and petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized to develop Lot Six of said Butterfly Hills Addition as shown on the plot plan thereof, said plan being marked Exhibit A and being attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3 . That the authorization and modification provided for herein be, and the same is expressly conditioned as follows : (a) That petitioner contribute to the City of Decatur the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ( $6 , 000 ) for the purpose of widening and improving the public street immediately adjoining said Lot Six. (b) That said Lot Six be subdivided to reflect and accomodate the modification authorized hereby in accordance with the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Decatur.
