 .
4 April 1985
CITY PLANNING COMMISSION:
We understand there has been a proposal for development
of two single family residences on the north side of
Sadowski Court. We further understand there are some
plans for widening and improving the road.
At this time, with the limited information we are privy to,
we would object to the development without first having some
more complete details concerning the project. We are
quite content with the natural beauty and undeveloped
environment as it now is. If the new houses are approved,
several trees would undoubtedly have to be removed, ancl the
natural surface drainage would be changed. The location
of a fire hydrant now in existence would also have to be
changed.
If the development of the houses is approved, we must
insist that the present narrow roadway be improved to its
full potential and the easement on the north side of the
road be utilized, bringing the road up to code and widening
it to 60' . The road as it is now could not tolerate
further traffic which the new development would create.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
' ---,

";L ,'Y, ; ;-:_.-, 'y:i L-<z--,
/
J
William L. Betty Peterson
40 Sadowski Court

Wayne G.
