. , <br /> . ��r..V"y,�Yy���l.�rf) <br /> 'ibl:,'�f\l�y <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �� � I <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WEST MOUND ROAD AND WESTLAWN AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, on the llth day of April, 1985 upon due <br /> notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of Phillip S. Polen to rezone <br /> premises described as : <br /> The West 10 acres of that part of the North 20 <br /> acres of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township <br /> 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , lying <br /> South of the land dedicated for public road <br /> purposes by dedications recorded as document <br /> number 899431 and 899432, situated in Macon <br /> County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br />
