The property that I am proposing for re�zoning is presently zoned <br /> R-1 and just North of the race track and horse stables and just South of Mound <br /> Road. 1 personally cannot visualize a perspective housing development on the <br /> approximate 300 ft. strip between the fairgrounds and htound road being developed. <br /> Our automobile auction will be held on Tuesday, starting at noon sharp and <br /> running approximately 3 to 5 hours there afterwards. There will be no night time <br /> activities op the premises. There will be no vehicles on the premises that are not <br /> in good running condition, in other words, no junk automobiles.
