M. in <br /> the City Council Chambers, One Civic Center Plaza, Decatur, <br /> Illinois . Mayor Gary K. Anderson presided; toaethe.r with him <br /> being Councilmen Carol A. Brandt, Erik C. Brechnitz , Charles <br /> I Harris , Jr. , William F. Oliver and Nick Striglos. All seven <br /> members were present and none were absent. Mayor Anderson declared <br /> a quorum present. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> 5- Ordinance No. 85-19, authorizing and providing for the <br /> issuance of $43, 900, 00 Unit Priced Demand Adjustable Water <br /> Revenue Bonds, Series 1985 , for the purpose of financing, constructing <br /> and equipping New South Water Treatment Plant; and authorizing <br /> execution and delivery of trust indenture, letter of credit, reimburse- <br /> ment of revolving credit agreement ; remarketing agreement; official <br /> statement, and other matters and related purposes, was presented. <br /> Councilman Brechnitz moved the ordinance do pass and be <br /> adopted; seconded by Councilman Harris , and on call of the roll, <br />' Councilmen Brandt, Brechntiz, Harris , Oliver, Severns, Striglos <br /> and Ma or Anderson voted a e. The Ma or declared the motion <br /> Y Y Y <br /> carried. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> There being no further business, Councilman Striglos moved <br /> the meeting be adjourned; seconded by Councilman Oliver, and on <br /> call of the roll, Councilmen Brandt, Brechnitz , Harris , Oliver, <br /> Severns, Striglos and Mayor Anderson voted aye.
