. � , <br /> , � <br /> g S-- � ���'�1�.��� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY AND <br /> GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY <br /> - WEBSTER-CANTRELL HALL - <br /> WHEREAS , on the 7th day of March, 1985 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a �ublic hearing upon the <br /> petition of First :dational Bank of Decatur as Trustee under Trust <br /> #3335 , to rezone premises described as : <br /> A part of Lot 2 of Mound Properties Addition as <br /> shown by Plat in Book 1832 Page 199 in the records <br /> of the Macon County Recorder' s Office described in <br /> detail as follows : Beginning at the Northeast <br /> corner of said Lot 2; thence S 1°-29 ' -07" W, 307 <br /> feet along the east line of said Lot 2; thence N <br /> 88 °-05 ' -27" W 240 . 37 feet; thence S 27°-00 ' -15" W <br /> 184 . 03 feet; thence N 89°-54 ' 07" W 333 . 01 feet; <br /> thence N 1°-30 ' -25" E 458 . 50 feet; thence N 89° -39 ' <br /> -10" E 652 . 21 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 TWO FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said petitioner did also request that a special use <br /> permit under the provisions of Section XXI (A) ( 1 ) ( t) of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance to operate a residential care facility on said <br /> premises be granted to Webster-Cantrell Hall; and, <br /> WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commissior� recommended that '� <br /> the prayers of said petition be granted. �i <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ' <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: ' <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan ', <br /> Commission be , and the same is hereby, received, placed on file I <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 <br /> TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That upon the conditions hereinafter set out, a <br /> special use permit for the operation of a residential care <br /> facility on the premises aforesa.id be , and the same is hereby, <br /> approved and granted to and only to Webster-Cantrell Hall. . <br />
