, � � <br /> ` � <br /> ,e ,tL✓E.�� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � J � � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 409 NORTH EAST AVENUE <br /> TO M-3 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of January, 1985 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of H. Earl Wright , supported by the required plan and <br /> report, to rezone from the R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and <br /> B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT to M-3 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, <br /> premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, described as <br /> follows : <br /> Lots 13 , 14 , 15 and 16 in Block 2 of Third Rolling <br /> Mill Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 50 Page 380 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission has approved said <br /> plan and has recommended and reported its approval and the <br /> reasons therefor. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the report, recommendations and approval of <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That subject to and upon the applicable <br /> conditions of Section XVII of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois , the same being Ordinance No. 3512 , as amended, <br /> said described premises be, and the same are hereby, rezoned from <br /> R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT to <br /> M-3 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT for development only in <br /> accordance with the site development plan, a copy of which is <br /> hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof, <br /> and not otherwise . <br />
