Section 1. That the City Code at Section 10 of Chapter 49 <br /> be , and it is hereby, amended so that said section as so amended <br /> shall provide as follows : <br /> "10 . Not more than the maximum number of licenses as <br /> set out herein shall be issued in each respective <br /> class , either initially or on renewal , as follows : <br /> Class A, 79 ; Class B, 12 ; Class C , 11 ; Class D, no <br /> limit , Class E, 2 ; Class F, l . " <br /> Section 2 .
