f, <br /> .� ' �• <br /> ♦ <br /> EXCERPT <br /> CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MONDAY, DECEMBER 3 , 1984 <br /> On Monday, December 3 , 1984 , the City Counci�. of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, met in regular meetinc� at 7 :30 P. M. in the <br /> City Council Chambers, One Civic Center Plaza, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> Mayor Gary K. Anderson presided; together with him being Councilmen <br /> Carol A. Brandt, Erik C. Brechnitz, Charles Harris, Jr. , William F. <br /> Oliver, Penny L. Severns and Nick Striglos. A11 seven members were <br /> present and none were absent. Mayor Anderson declared a quorum <br /> present. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> 10- Ordinance No. 84-86 , appointing Norwest Bank, Minneapolis, N.A. , <br /> as successor trustee for the Toxigenics, Inc. Industrial Revenue <br /> Bond Issue, was presented and read. <br /> Councilman Severns moved that the ordinance do pass and be adopted; <br /> seconded by Councilman Oliver, and on call of the roll , Councilmen <br /> Brandt, Brechnitz, Harris, Oliver, Severns, Striglos and Mayor Anderson <br /> voted aye. The Mayor dec�ared the motion carried. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> There being no further business, Councilman Oliver moved the meeting <br /> be adjourned; seconded by Councilman Brechnitz, and on call of the <br /> roll, Councilmen Brandt, Brechnitz, Harris, Oliver, Severns , Striglos <br /> and Mayor Anderson voted aye. The Mayor declared the meeting adjourned <br /> at 8 :40 P. M. <br /> Phyllis E. Sands <br /> City Clerk <br />
