. r ^.y` cs� ~. ��/��j�� �� ORDINANCE N0 . � 4— � � SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR MAY 1 , 1984 THROUGH APRIL 30 , 1985 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND WHEREAS , subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual appropriation ordinance for the fiscal year May 1 , 1984 through April 30 , 1985 , certain additional revenue not available and not then anticipated to be available when said annual appropriation ordinance was adopted has now been made available or is anticipated to become available by grants from Archer Daniels Midland Company and others ; and , WHEREAS , the aggregate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance as aforesaid is in excess of the total amount hereinafter appropriated . NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the following sums be , and they are hereby, appropriated for the corporate purposes , expenses and lawful charges of the City for the fiscal year May l , 1984 through April 30 , 1985 , said sums to be provided for as aforesaid : Faries Parkway Improvement Project $45 , 000 . 00 S�ction 2 . That any unexpended balance of any item or items of any appropriation herein may be expended to make up any deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwise so appropriated herein. Section 3 . That the aggregate additional revenue estimated to be received as aforesaid subsequent to the adoption of the annual appropriatior. ordinance as aforasaid and not available or anticipated at the time of the adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance be , and it is hereby, estimated at the sum of $46 , 000 .00 , the same being in excess of th� total amount appropriated hereby.
