EXCERPT <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> MONDAY, DECEMBER 3, 1984 <br /> On Monday, December 3 , 1984 , the City Council of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois , met in regular meeting at 7 :30 P. M. in the City <br /> Council Chambers, One Civic Center �1aza, Decatur, Illinois. Mayor <br /> Gary K. And�rson presided; together with him being Councilmen Carol A. <br /> Brandt, Erik C. Brechnitz , Charles Harris , Jr. , V7i�liam F. O�iver, <br /> Penny L. Severns and Nick Striglos. Al'1 seven members were present <br /> and none were absent. Mayor Anderson declared a quoxum present. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> 5- Ordinance No. 84-81, authorizing issuance of Po�lution Control <br /> Revenue Bonds for the A. E. Staley Project, was presented and read. <br /> Councilman Severns moved the ordinance do pass and be adopted; <br /> seconded by Councilman Brandt, and on call of the roll, Councilmen <br /> Brandt, Brechnitz , Harris, Oliver, Severns, Striglos and Mayor Anderson <br /> voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> There being no further business, Councilman Oliver moved that <br /> the meeting be adjourned; seconded by Councilman Brechnitz, and on call <br /> of the roll, Councilmen Brandt, Brechnitz, Harris, Oliver, Severns , <br /> Striglos and Mayor Anderson voted aye.
