ORDINANCE N0 . � � K.,;,�j,�,������D <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> - 17th STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That when appropriate signs or markings are <br /> provided giving notice thereof , parking be , and it is <br /> hereby, prohibited between the hours of 11 : 00 A.M. and 1 : 00 <br /> P .M. , Monday through Friday, on either side of 17th Street <br /> from the south right-of-way line of Lincoln Avenue to a <br /> point 520 feet south thereof . <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall , <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ( $1 .00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ( $200 . 00) for each <br /> offense . <br /> Section 3 .
